Latest updates:

Snow! We've already had our first snow of the season here in Lake Elmore. It wasn't quite enough to take the sleds out but it may be a sign of things to come.

Even though the leaves are off of the trees it is still a beautiful time of year here in the mountains of Vermont. The mountains are more purple than green and are often frosted with a blanket of white.
If you are a dog lover visiting Vermont during stick season and looking for something different and exciting to do consider adding a visit to Peace Pups Dogsledding to your plans. Our dogs will pull you quietly along in one of our custom wheeled dog sleds. Put on your wool sweater and take a late afternoon ride to enjoy the sunset over the Green Mountains. There is something about the crisp air, the smell of wood smoke in the air and the leaves on the ground that makes this such a special time of year.
A sled dog outing with Peace Pups is sure to be a adventure you will remember for a life time!
